02.17.08 those lovable swedes

My librarian colleague and favorite Finn, Jari, has been filling me in on the haps of his corner of the world, which I read with great delight. I was however, disturbed on a very deep level to find out that a TGIF had opened in Stockholm where he works, and that it was the latest craze and impossible to get a table. I’m just as happy as the next person when Friday rolls around, but I’m shocked that the people that gave us Ikea would think that TGIF is a fair trade.

This is the newest thing since TGIF.
