Yum. Ok this is got to be the best dessert on earth, if not a close second to molten chocolate cake. And, it is so super easy to make. Take a couple cups of sticky rice and put in the rice steamer as you would regular rice. Let it cook for 30 minutes and take it out immediately. Pour a mixture of powdered sugar and coconut milk over the rice, place plastic wrap over and let sit for another 30 minutes. Serve with mango slices or cubes.

The thing I love about Ixi is that she always thinks everything is super easy to make, but when I attempt most things all I make is a mess and a tub full of polenta. Ok, maybe it was just that one time, but still.
